1994 940 power windows and mirrors dont work

1994 940. I tested 3 new switches for the master drivers switch and checked for power. am getting power to switch but windows and power mirrors wont work.

i not sure, but, have you checked the relay ?

No. if I had a bad relay i wouldnt be getting power to the switch is that correct??
