Hey- I have a 1988 740 turbo. The car was running fairly well when I drove through a large puddle and splashed water up under the car. It stalled, and I was able to restart it once. Now the car does not start, but does crank. I was told be a shop in my area that the Jetronic ECU was bad and I replaced it. This has not solved the problem, and I'm not sure what to do next. The fuel pumps seem to be working, as the fuel line under the hood sprayed a small amount of fuel when disconnected. It seems like there is no spark and I don't know what to check now. Any help is appreciated - thanks!
