V70 XC Wagon Broken Hose, What is It?

Can anyone tell me what hose this is that is broken on my car? As you can see I have a temporary "band aid" repair until I identify and order the part.

They all break there (where the plastic "fins are/were)
That is the cooling hose for your ECU.
They're pretty cheap to buy or just leave it the way it is.
As long as outside air is generally getting through, it's fine

Wrap it with black tape, that way you will barely notice it.

Volvo Air Distribution Hose # 8619305. www.fcpeuro.com has it for $10.54 or www.ipdusa.com There are other part store on this forum too. Plug N play.
