fog lights wiring already there-or not?

fog lights wiring already there-or not?

Big question -nobody knows if the fog ligts wires are already on 850 GLT 96 sedan nonturbo? I found 2 simetrical right/left covered 2 wires connectors near the place where the lights shold be.Also there is a switch connector available on dash under blank cover next to Lock switch.I am right or should do re-wireing the lamps as some advise here?

The wiring is there but you will need a switch and as I recall a relay
