94 960 Wagon power steering leak.

94 960 Wagon power steering leak.

While troubleshooting ignition problems I discovered power steering fluid dripping/running from the rusty metal cooling tube which exits the Rack, winds under the chassis at the front of the car and returns to the Rack. On-line parts pictures do not show it as part of the Rack nor the Pressure hose. Has anyone experienced this failure? Do I have any options for replacing this section of tubing? Adding this to the long list of other age/wear related problems is causing me to loose hope of getting it road worthy again.
I prefer the origanal ones.

Previously Wagon 740 '84 bought '94 w/86600 retired '02 w/198K because the body gave out.
