05 S40 T5 Motor Mounts

I have a lot of rattling and squeeking from the engine compartment when I drive over bumps in the road. I have replaced the following items but still have the noises:

1) Upper RH motor mount (US Passenger Side). This eliminated much of the worst noises. Hard clunks and grinding.
2) LH and RH control Arms (New).
3) LH and RH Strut Assemblies and upper mounts.

I have not taken the vehicle to a mechanic to review. I am a DIY person. Vehicle has 115k miles.

I know there are other rubber mounts that probably need replacing. I see that there is a Lower Motor/Trans Mount. Are there only 2 mounts and a torque bracket holding the motor in place.

Is there a 3rd mount that I cannot find?
What other causes can create the rattle noises from my engine area?

The lower ones only control swinging motion. The one you haven't found is on the top of the transmission.
