Need Help Identifying Part

Hello Folks,
I'm trying to determine where this part came from. I took apart the console and climate control unit and also opened up the area under the passenger dash to access blower and AC evaporator coil. I left everything open for 10 days and cannot recall where this came from. It appears to be a stopper of some sort as thee is a piece of 1/2" thick foam on the other side of it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
