2004 C70 console shifter light

I just got a 2004 C70 and there are a few things that need repairing. One of which is the shifter console bulb. I replaced the one on my S70 and it wasn't hard - thanks to the outstanding forums and photos on Matthewsvolvosite - but the convertible has an extended console. Do I need to remove the front and back console to get to the bulb? what about the trim around the shifter...does it pop up so I can reach the bulb?
Also, the driver seat is in sad shape. I've looked for nice seat covers but no luck so if anyone knows a site, I would appreciate the site address. Ideally, I would like to find another and swap it out.
And...the driver seat sunvisor needs replacing. the previous owner had tied it up with cording because it won't stay up. Saw the cost and oh my.. :o -ouch.
