CD Changer Pinout

Does anyone know or can point me to where I can find a pinout for the 8-pins of the CD Changer port?

I'm in the processes of building a switcher between a CD Changer and a Blitzsafe Aux in adapter. My brother-in-law is willing to give me his Alpine M-Bus CD Changer and I also would like to have an aux-in for my iPod. Then I thought to myself, wouldn't it be nice to have both?

I don't recall of this ever being done, so why not (attempt it)? Hey I know some of you have CD-Changers and don't want to give it up entirely to have just an iPod or AUX in.
