CEL P0446 P0453 01 V70 T5

A month or so ago I had a CEL come on and it was a P0446 (Evaporative Emission Control System Vent Control Circuit), had it cleared. Until the other day when the CEL returned with a P0446 as well as a P0453 (Evaporative Emission Control System Pressure Sensor High Input). I'm not sure of how to resolve this issue. I also have a problem fueling my vehicle; I have to fill it extremely-slow or gas comes spraying out of the filler hole. Any help would be much appreciated!
