IDLE AIR CONTROL VALVE

page 4-14 of Chilton Terminal 1 and ground of IAC valve must be 6 to 8.5 V I only get 0.15V hence need to repair circuit as stated in Chilton manual.

but where is the circuit?

anybody knows? the wire seem to go into the loom. Can I add new wire from IAC valve to wherever question is where does the wire lead to? does it lead to

1) ECU or

2) the auto loom under the air filter.

anybody any idea where the wire from terminal 1 of IAC leads to?
