850 Radio code,, Dealer stumped HELP!!!!!!!

Code from vin # does not work,, dealer tried running radio serial # but no luck. Can anybody help?

Model- SC-810

Honestly, unless someone has had this happen before, write to volvo. I sent a certified letter to them so I knew that it got there and they called back the next day with advice. It was with a different problem, but none-the-less they do read what you send and also are prompt about contacting you.

In the letter be sure to say you want a new radio or something along those lines, but obviously state your case first.
