2006 XC90 using oil

Help, I was recently performing maintenance on the wifes 2006 XC90 2.5l. I found oil coming from the turbo discharge tube. I next checked my intake system and found that the last time I replaced the air cleaner, I didn't get the cover on correctly and, I thought I had destroyed the turbo. Replaced the turbo and air cleaner element. Several months went by and I was changing the oil again, when I noticed oil dripping from the bottom of the new turbo I had just installed several months prior. It appears to be dripping from around the compressor discharge hose. My oil level was half way between full and not reading, obviously I am using oil. Could this be coming from my PCV, and could this also be an indicator of a possible dust out? Or could this be from just a faulty or plugged open PCV?
