'07 S60 2.5T, passenger side front window always squeaks goi

I should have had the dealer check it out before warranty expired, but it has. Every time that I lower the window, it sqeaks and has started hanging up a bit on the way down. Almost like it is too tight of a gap. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

I had my car in storage for a bit, and after that the driver-side window didn't function very well. Especially on a hot day when it seemed to get sticky - had to push window or pry the rubber away for it to function. I ended up applying some silicon lube to the window rubber part & it's been working perfectly so far several months later!

I used the 3-in-1 stuff because local hardware store had it:
