99 S80 T6 Fuel Filter Replacement Issues

I replaced the fuel filter last night and it wouldn't start. Today, I tested the line between the fuel pump and fuel filter and no gasoline is coming through. I wonder if something needs to be reset. Any suggestions?

Never mind ~~ issue resolved. Not enough gas in tank. :roll:
