replaced alternator climate controls wont work

the title says it all, after replacing the alternator today the climate controls, headrest button, trunk lock etc wont work at all. no lights or anything on the buttons.

any ideas?

edit:yes ive checked all the fuses that seem to be related.

use the remote and lock and unlock the doors and then turn on the ignition and see if things work. If you disconnected battery then it went into transport mode and the lock/unlock cycle restores full functionality.

thanks for the reply, that didnt work but i read elsewhere to disconnect the battery, touch the cables together for 20 seconds then turn the key to position II and reinstall the battery. THAT WORKED! everything works again.
