When installing the turbo exhaust on an N/A car an adapter (reducer) may be needed to connect to the existing downpipe and converter.

The exhaust for a 91 740 Turbo is also OEM, but with larger pipe.

ok right. I just decided keep it simple and do from the converter back with Starla ($200 complete). Would it impact performance if i swapped out a muffler with a glass pack or Thrush "turbo muffler" or just sound loud and cheesy?
