Hi all,
I plan to get another Valve cover 1st and have it machined before i change the current valve cover. My question is:
When Changing the Valve Cover Is it possible to to simply take the bolts off and remove it and switch with the new one or do i actually have to take the cam gear assemby off and all that jazz to do this.
Hope Im not to vague

Excellent,
And my buddy said no need for "machining" the valve cover. After which i had to admit I got that idea from the mechanic i visited who said it would be an $800 job partly because it had to be "machined" at a offsite location. I have no idea what that entails.
thx
