Wiring fault to or in AMM

89' 240dl -

Getting the 1-2-1 Code on my LH 2.4 so Id like to try to replace the wire that leads to the AMM in hopes that i dont have to replace the AMM itself. Anyone here attempted this? Where would i even get one??
