Location of fuel filter on s80 2001 2.9L

I've looked underneath the car but was unable to locate the fuel filter. Do I need to remove the fuel tank to gain access to the fuel filter? Any advice is greatly appreciate.

Here you are.

It's located "under" the back right door in front of the rear right wheel. Lay down and you'll see it.
