2002 s40 1.9t sluggish for a couple of minutes

Every time i get in my car and start it up after it has sat all night it is very sluggish for a few minutes. I start her up and sit there for a few minutes but it does not make a difference she is still slow for the first mile or so. No dash lights. After she warms up it goes great. And the funny thing is that it is fine after that for the whole day no matter how long it sits. For instance when I am at work and after sitting all day it is fine. But it is only happening after I leave it sitting over night in the driveway.Any ideas?

How close is your S40 to Stage 0?

I have synthetic oil
Use only premium fuel.
K&n filter
Denso plugs
Needs transmission fluid change
needs radiator flush
These needs are based not on any problems but just some things I have yet to be done. Car looks and drives great and the next major job will be the brakes.

got the brakes done and got screwed on the rotors. New issue has developed. Car does not idle starts up but does not run. I cleaned the Idle control valve but no difference.
