Hi' all
My Dashboard clock just does not keep correct time. I set it and reset it but it does not keep correct time. The rest of the gauges are fine.
*If the clock itself has a problem is it possible to switch it only without taking the dash gauge housing apart?
Any Suggestions?

it is not hard to get the instrument cluster out and can be done in a few minutes once you know how. DISCONNET BATTERY FIRST I think the clock is removed from the back of the instrument cluster. You will have to write down were each of the wires go. There are a couple of multiple wire connectors one round one half moon that can only go in one way a three wire plug that goes on the back of the speedo and a few more wires depending what instruments you have. I think you have a yellow and red and a blue wire. Do not hook up any loose wires you find you can burn shit out (ask me how I know) To remove the cluster remove the top of the housing around your steering column. Remove the two square plastic things to the right of the cluster. See the two screws? there are two more on the other side. See the trim under the light switch? it comes out take the two knobs off, pull the plate foward. Look see the other two screws? Remove 4 screws gently pull cluster forward. now write down the wires and disconnect and slide cluster to the right gently.
