Front Seat Back Replacement

Hello all, I am needing to replace my front seat backs. Was rear-ended a few months ago and since then there is play/slop in the headrests and backs. The dealership says if I replace the bushings for the headrests and the seat backs that it should help. I understand the seat back is not one piece per se, but rather several components that can be ordered and replaced. I assume it would be the seat back frame that would need replacing and not the cover. Yes, insurance is paying for this.

Does anyone know how to go about replacing these? Has anyone done this? What to look out for? Obviously there are airbags in the seat backs so that would be a precautionary item.
