The other night, I went to shut the driver door on my S70 and it would only close about halfway. I put more and more pressure on it until it finally closed. I re-opened it and it did the same thing. I looked over the hinges and whatnot and decided the door stop had seized. Took the door panel off and removed the door stop. It did appear to be seized and the mounting bracket was broken (apparently a common issue)...not a big deal. Then I noticed where the lower bolt hole on the door is bent and broke. Is there a fix for this aside from getting a new door from the local pull-a-part? An easy fix would be great!
I tried to attach a couple pics. One of the door stop and one of the door. Hopefully they work.

This is a common problem. People park the car on a slope with the nose pointing down, then open the door without holding it, the wind blows and the door swings outward with force (combined with wind and gravity) and the door metal breaks.
In your case, the solution is simple:
1. Get a new door brake, use only Volvo brand, anything other brand will fail soon.
2. Go to a welding shop, and ask them to weld it back together for you.
Then spray with Rustoleum paint, a few coats.
Then install the door brake.

If they can, have the welding shop stuff a damp rag behind the crack before they weld it. The electrical wiring to the door conveniently runs through that area. The rag will keep the heat down to an extent.

Yep, MIG the crack. Grind that down flush or very nearly flush, and then MIG a 5/16 washer over the bolt hole to bridge the crack and double the thickness.
I bet the bolts were loose when you removed the bolts to door stop. While you are at welding shop be sure to look at the front door facing where the other end of door stop fits to see if there are cracks there that need to be fixed.
