95 965 wont roll in neutral

95 965 wont roll in neutral
I just got halfway through swapping out the wheels on my 965 and it got dark, so I decided to finish in the morning. The car is not running, which is why I am pulling parts from it, so I have to move it around in neutral. When I got in to move the car out of the street, I found that it absolutely WILL NOT MOVE when in neutral. It is about three feet off the curb and is important that I get it moved right away. Any suggestions?

I know you will have checked this but the parking brake is off?
When you were replacing the wheels have you accidentally forced one of the callipers onto a brake disc?
To move it in to the kerb you could use a trolley jack under the front end to pull it in and then do the same with the back.
