2010 xc60 t6

We are purchasing a low miles 2010 model and the navigation dvd's seem not to be available or the system is not loading the maps. Haven't been able to mess with it yet. Does anyone know the proper part number of the necessary dvd's for the navigation system?

It sounds like a car under warranty. There us a nav/audio upgrade but I'm not sure of year model or VIN range coverage. Call a dealer with the VIN.
The map DVD to purchase is $199 retail.
