Power Seat Doesn't Go Back Far Enough

I have 2000 V70 I just picked up. It's identical to my current V70. The problem is the new one's power driver's seat doesn't go back far enough compared to my other one. I feel like I'm on top of the wheel. I'd say it's a good 3 inches short in travel distance. Has anyone seen this problem or know how to make the seat go back farther. It seems to travel fine back and forth with the power switch. It just stops too soon.

If there is nothing stuck in the track stopping it short, maybe the motor cable needs to be reset.

Is resetting the motor cable something I can do myself? I'm not overly familiar with that part of the car.
