EGR temperature sensor Topic is solved

My error code in socket 2 is 4-1-3 which I found to be the EGR temperature sensor faulty. there is also a note that says "in some cars". Does that mean that the code could mean something else? I cannot seem to be able to find the part anywhere. The dealer has to have a special order. Is this not common? Has anyone else had this problem? Is there any other way of "fixing" the code or Check engine light? Also, it looks pretty hard to get to. Anyone with any experience or tips?
