You have a misfire. Commonly caused by a faulty coil or two. Other causes include worn plugs, clogged injectors or issues with the wiring to coils or injectors. Likely an easy DIY fix. Get the codes pulled and see if it reveals which cylinder(s) are misfiring. If you swap the coils between a misfiring cylinder to a good one and the misfire moves with it, bingo.
To find out which cylinder is causing the issue (assuming its running rough at idle too) is to disconnect the electrical connector for the injector for each cylinder and observe the motor. Turns out this is called a power balance test..
In this video he disconnected the coils, but I would reccomend you do it with injectors instead. Easier to get to, safer for the motor and, most importantly, safer for YOU!
Prolonged driving with a misfire can damage\clog your cats and O2 sensors, so keep driving to a minimum until you get it figured out. Or at least, if you find out which cylinder is misfiring, disconnect the electrical connector for the injector on that cylinder until you get the coil replaced.
