there is another qu the same as yours.why do people assume that bleed valves will rip their cars apart. look at it this way for anyone else who has the common knowledge of -2222 if you have tyres that take 40 psi how much air do you put in ?? 40 rite.ok so when you fit a b/v on your turb how much are you going to turn it up ?? as much as is safely acceptable to your cars needs. at the end of the day let common sense prevail (yes)
just use a bit of the ole noggin adjust whatever you put on your car yourself little by little, you will know when its enuff 8)

c.gout be a bit more precise
you can fit a b/valve to your t5r .
go to the other post here on (how do i fit a b/v to my 850 t5) that is the same answer for you and obide by the same rules
when you fit any upgrade yourself it is at your own risk so just be careful ok
dont at first go more than 2 360 turns before taking on a testdrive .good luck be careful
