sorry, but how to replace headlight bulb?

I have spent two hours searching the web after almost an hour on the car.
How to I change the passenger side low beam bulb?
I removed the big round rubber cover, but cannot seem to see what to do next.
Any help appreciated.
If you have a link on how to do it, please share.
This is on a 2006 V70. nonturbo FWD.
I need to get the car inspected!

As JDS gave you the proper procedures from Volvo, you can replace pass side bulb without removing the bumper.
