Final diagnoses , internal fault in DEM, replace first and see if the codes can be reset!
All in all they want 6k for AOC(angle gear) and new Dem Module with software reload.
I was so impressed i asked for two to be done!

I wanted to ask if anyone has had any success in removing the DEM and BCM and sending it to Xemodex or BBM remanufacturing, as both are here in Ontario, not a big deal for me to do it. I also do need info for how to remove the modules. What about the angle gear work?
I thought I would do it all when I have a go at the blower motor and resistor replacement as the fuse pulling and replacing is now getting a little tiresome, .....removing the dash and all is the correct way to do it. I know that it can be done in an hour if you break the last tab on the housing.....I did think about it, but as they car will sit for days I may as well do it the correct way.
IF any of the forum members could shed their experiences here , I would be very grateful.
