V90 rear tires eaten inside - camber angle negative ...

Good day to everyone.
Looking for advise, info and anything from follow DIY mechanics...
Here we go - on my V90 rear tires started to be " eaten " from inside ( previous set of tires, which happened to be winter tires - survive about 25000 miles or so ... )
Got couple of opinions from independent Volvo mechanics in Denver metro area , like :
1. Your leaf spring is out of ability to do job properly, need to be replaced...
( well ... wagon is not sagging at all, and my understanding that lowering should do nothing to change camber angle to negative...)
2. Your real independent suspension bushing wear out and need to be replaced - which make more sense.
3. Third opinion even not funny - " nothing wrong with your car rear suspension " ...
So, if anyone have been done same " journey " - what was reasonable price for parts plus labor , how long it take for mechanic to make it done - and, MOST IMPORTANT, which independent Volvo mechanic in Denver area got good feedback ?
Thank you for help in advance - couple years ago i already work with this car rear suspension - at that time leaf spring anchor bolt have been broken , and it take me many days on garage floor to pull everything apart before i got my hands on leaf spring anchor bolts ...even somewhere on my comp still some pic from this " event " ...

- Couple week ago i went to local Volvo mechanic - done rear suspension check and he said that there is no any visible worn bushings or bend parts, and leaf spring is in perfect health ... advised me to do lament, which i did right away. So, will see how it is work out in next a couple of mounts
