Help needed with my S80 Headlamps & Wipers ON permanently

Vehicle Type/Model: VOLVO S80 (07-) 2009 Model VIN YV1AS982991101077

Symptoms:

Both headlamps are permanently on
Driver Information Module goes on and off
Wipers constantly on.

I have DiCE. VIDA2013BU3 and active 3 Day subscription with software download capability.

I ran diagnostics and did a fault trace, clearing codes and eventually was left with the following fault codes:

BCM - U300316
BCM - C003401
CEM - B10AC87
CEM - B10AC95
ECM - P193400
ECM - 404058F
ECM - P057500
BCM - 4012600
BCM - 4014000
BCM - 4030000

These refuse to clear.

What is the solution. The headlamp and wiper are constantly killing the battery.
