2007 s60 radiator drain plug location

2007 s60 radiator drain plug location

I have 2007 s60 2.5 t awd. going to flush radiator . need to know location of drain plug?

There is a drainplug on the lower left side (In the cars direction) of the radiator next to the coolant hose connection.
They can break easy and then you will have a problem if you dont have a new one, I always remove the lower coolant hose to drain the radiator.
There is also a drain plug on the back of the engine to drain the engineblock on the steeltube that goes down to the oilcooler next to your engineoil drainplug.

If you want flush your system with a waterhose so forget about the drainplug on the radiatior, That plug is a joke and it will take you 2 days to get the job done.

Bottom of rad on driver side. 6mm insert hex. Hole exists in lower splash shield- get a flashlight and take a look.
