where is PCV valve

where is PCV valve

I have a 1990 740 GL and oil is coming out of the valve cover spout where the oil cap is. The mechanic saifd it was pvc valve but I can't find it. any help?

Your car has a flame trap and an oil trap, not a PCV. I am a Volvo mechanic and I would suggest you take it to some body that knows Volvos.
