I replaced all the lights when my daughter replaced the speedometer gear. I purchased them from IPD - I even got the AC console bulbs and swapped them out.

I believe Brickboard has the procedure to pull the instrument cluster. It is a simple procedure that requires no special tools.

'96 854 - died an early death with 184K miles. Killed by the front end of an LTD on a suicide mission (T-boned and both cars totaled).
