2008 V50 2.0d rear bumper removal

Is there some sort of guide anywhere that shows me how to remove the rear bumper? I want to put parking aids on.

Based on this video, getting the bumper cover off wouldn't be hard:

HOWEVER, getting the ultrasonic parking aids to actually WORK will probably need $Dealer$ magic.

(Opinion only: I don't have any experience with the parking aid system.)
