2004 XC90 Wipers wont turn off and sunroof disabled

Ok, here it goes. I have been mainly reading on this forum and not posting, but I am getting a little irritated.

About a month ago i noticed some oil leaking from the timing side of my XC90. I cleaned out the engine compartment with some degreaser so i can see where the leak was coming from. I didn't use any dye or powder but it looked like it was coming from behind my exhaust VVT hub. Took it to the dealership, they verified that it was the hub and my camshaft seal was leaking. They also found other things broken and worn (i.e. camshaft position housings, brake vacuum pressure switch). They replaced them ($1440) and fixed the oil leak. I go down there to pick up the car and they inform me that my anti-skid warning was on...which i never had a problem with. They troubleshot it at no charge and found out that there were some crossed connections (they swore they didn't do it). That was fixed, but now they are telling me my wipers are constantly on and not responding and that my sunroof has stopped working (charging me $144 for diagnosis of problem). Needless to say that none of these systems had issues and was working 100% prior to handing my car to them, just an oil leak. From what I was reading, either this car is a piece or the dealership is messing with me. If i just say, "Screw it" what could be the issue with the Wipers and sunroof? Is there a sensor that controls both (to turn on wipers and stop the sunroof from opening?)

The sunroof and wipers are items on the low speed network. The low speed network is nowhere near anything you described that they did.
Do the turn signals work? Can you change high to low beam and vice versa?

Troubleshoot it, the sunroof drain was clogged at the driver side. There was corrosion on that connector. Cleaned them off now they work... now my passenger side fog light doesn't work... hopefully the bulb is just out. With all that work done, now the steering wheel clicks when it turns on sharp turns... cv joint perhaps?
