1995 855 NA Driver Side Front seat belt issue

Yesterday morning, my driver seat belt was stuck in half way when I tried to pull it out to buckle up. it could not be pulled out nor be retracted. It took me a while to "unlock" it so that I could buckle up and drove my car. Then I finished using my car and released the seat belt, it retracted all the way and could not be pull out again.

Am I facing a soon to broken/already broken seat belt ? If so, how difficult to replace it ? My car is 1995 855 NA.

It may come out if you pull it real slow.

Happened on my 96. There was no unsticking it and ofcoarse it happened when I was 40 miles from home. It is a fairly simple item to swap out. If yours are grey I have a replacement I can ship you reasonably priced.

Thanks for the instruction video and offer. I just ordered one from local Volvo dealer. Based upon the video, the only hard thing is to get the metal clip through the slot in B pillar.
Any suggestion or advise ?
