2000 S70 Code of P0440 and check engine light.

I have a 2000 Volvo S70 and the check engine light is on. During the summer of 2013 I replaced the J hose connected to Charcoal Canister. Last Saturday replaced the gas cap. After two days my wife told me the check engine light returned with a P0440 code again. HELP!!
