Wanted: Rear catalytic converter pipe for 2000 V70

Hello, I'm interested in buying the output pipe from the catalytic converter compatible with a 2000 V70. My rear cat pipe has rotted, so I'd like an original replacement which has the bulb on the end to connect to the muffler pipe flange.

I just bought a new OEM muffler and would hate to cut off its flange to use a pipe sleeve. Since my cat is 14 years old, it will likely fail soon, requiring the new one to have another hack job, instead of simply using the muffler flange.

Does anyone have access to this length of pipe they could sell me? Or, is there anywhere I can get such a thing? Companies like Dynomax and Walker don't have it, but I'm about to search McMaster Carr.
