1991 740 Headlights won't shut off

1991 740 Headlights won't shut off
Hi, all! First time Volvo owner as of a month ago. (1991 740 wagon) Headlights now won't turn off with key. (Only shut off with battery disconnection.) Replaced relay under dash, but no change. Does the 740 also have a step relay like the 240's? If so, where is it located?
