2002 S80 2.9L Electronic Control Module Faulty?

I have a hissing sound coming from the engine. I lifted up the box that contains the ECM (Electronic Control Module) and it seems to be coming from there. One symptom is that my car doesn't start automatically. I have to hold it in start for up to 3 second for the ignition to catch on. Fuel pump relay supply failure?
