2004 S80 T6 How do you access this bulb?

I have the error code "Bulb Failure Position Light" and I've replaced the license plate bulb and reverse bulb that were out. I notice one more bulb that is out and it is the orange reflector bulb on the outside front fender as show in the picture.

How do I access this bulb to change it?? Only way I see if from under the fender or by removing the wheel well which I don't want to do and its too tight to reach under the fender.

Also, I thought this error code was only for bulbs in the rear?

Figured it out myself. No need to go under the car. I just used a butter knife with electrical tape and lightly pry the left edge (from angle shown in the picture) of the assembly and it easily pops off. Hope this helps somebody.
