1990 780 turbo horrible/no start
1990 780 turbo horrible/no start
Good afternoon fellow peeps. 780 bertone turbo been in storage for 2 years with no regular starts, today decided to jump on it and get it going again. Went through all typical checks , found fuel pump inline not working so replaced. Vehicle doesn't want to fire up after establishing that I have fuel in rail and injectors, and spark....... nd suggestions, thanx

Try a few squirts of ether to help her.

Compression test is in order. Letting a car sit for 2 years without a start is essentially the same as putting sand into the motor, so problems are to be expected. If moisture has permeated the cylinders and damaged them, a new engine might be the order of the day.
