02 S60 Cooling fan on/off with/without AC issue

Is this correct?;
The cooling fan is powered and runs when either the coolant temp goes up OR whenever the AC is working.
If yes, then there must be couple of relays somewhere. Classical case of 2 commands one device.
I can't locate that.

The reason I'm asking is that my cooling fan, now, works only with AC on. So, when the engine stops, so does that fan. (If I run the car without AC on, the coolant temps goes above 90C)

[It used to come on WHENEVER I stop the engine and would run for +- 5 minutes. Even after 20 seconds of engine running.] Now it doesn't.

Any light shed will be appreciated.
