98 v70GLT Rear left door panel removal link plz

Hi,

Could someone kindly link me to door panel removal instructions?
I searched here but did not find.
I need to remove rear left door panel as window went down, but not up.

9 times out of 10, the problem that you're describing
is the result of a bad/dirty master window switch.
I'd start there before removing any panels:

Thanks awesome forum!

It is the master switch I believe.

I cleaned contacts (they were very dirty) . No change.

Tested to see if the motor would work with external 12v (motor disconnected from harness)
tried using old modem adapter as power source...not strong enough.
Tried using the battery out of my motorcycle....got a bump, then was pretty sure I fried it.
Plugged it back in to harness....got a bump for the "down" .

So, Last ditch (because it is currently raining for the next couple of days) I trimmed down the connection on the harness so it would fit with polarity reversed....bingo. Window now goes UP, but not Down. Better for now until I can get replacement parts. Yes, I will have to be sure I secure the connection later, but what a relief.

If it wasn't for you guys I would still have a trash bag taped to my window. And have no idea how to fix it.
