2009 S60 2.5T Idling Odd While Stopped/Parked

Recent problem just happened out of the middle of nowhere today. While sitting at a stop light I felt my car start to feel like it wanted to accelerate even though I had my foot on the brake. The tachometer would go from 500-1000 and drop back down. While driving it was fine, no warning lights etc? Any idea of where to start diagnosing, I'm guessing a MAF?

Another development the check engine light has come on and I'm getting a message that says reduced engine performance.

Could be a dirty ETM, but I'm not sure. There are other people with that message, have a look on google, maybe it will help

Those were my first symptoms when me PCV completely clogged up. To be fair though, it clogged the turbo as well, so could have been either. Regular oil changes?
