850 wagon will not start

i have an 850 wagon, after driving 30, 45, 60 minutes i turn the engin off then try to start it, it does not start, the problem usually occurs in the wet weather and cool days. i have all the checks, my mecanic is puzzeled, had it tuned up and all necessary parts replaced. fuel pump goes on, don't think its that, i think its spart, problem is intermintant. and ideas?

Ignition switch could be the problem...the actual part the key is inserted in. There are several posts on here about that....
